We are looking for a Software Quality Senior Engineer (Python) to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you’ll test Dell’s advanced storage products, ensuring quality and performance through rigorous design, automation, and validation processes. Responsibilities:

• Design detailed test plans and automate test cases for storage products.
• Execute tests, triage failures, report bugs with supporting details, and work with teams to resolve defects.
• Monitor and maintain test environments, recover systems, and strengthen reliability.
• Analyze and solve complex, multi-dimensional technical problems.
• Implement comprehensive, efficient, and effective testing strategies.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong foundation in mathematics and computer science.
• Solid understanding of networking, databases, and software design patterns.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C, C++, or C#).
• Working knowledge of Linux or Windows operating systems.
• 5–8 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge or experience in storage development and testing is a strong plus.

Preferred:

• Advanced Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
